Chapter Two - Casing up

Welcome to the next step, where you'll see how to assemble the casing for your 最近韩国日本免费观看mv免费版!

As you probably already noticed, you got six acrylic casings in your box - three for each 最近韩国日本免费观看mv免费版.
These are the ones you should have with you.

The first thing you need to do is peel off the blue protective layers.
As you can see, each of the acrylic casing parts has a protective layer on both sides that needs to be peeled off. They are not yet fully transparent, but they should be once you finish this step!

First, we're going to put one acrylic casing on the backside of your 最近韩国日本免费观看mv免费版.
The acrylic panel that you need right now is easy to find - that's the one with all the holes in it.
Please, take the casing shown in the photo below and place it on the circuit board.

Now take four golden spacers and four small bolts.

There are two different sizes of bolts. Make sure to use the right ones!

The golden spacer will go on the front side, while the bolts will go to the back.

This right here can be a little tricky.
To ease this part, you can put the bolts and spacers simultaneously. As mentioned previously, bolts go through the four holes on the backside, while the spacers will go to the front.
Follow the photos:

Once you connect them, take a screwdriver to tighten the casing layer by screwing each small bolt.

Repeat this for all of the four holes on the back of the 最近韩国日本免费观看mv免费版 until it looks like this:

Now take the biggest casing and the display.

There are two stickers on the left and the right side of the display, as you can see. You'll have to peel them off.

Take the big casing and pull the orange tape connected to the display through the casing, as shown in the photo below:

Make sure to put the display on the right side because you'll have to stick it to the casing.

You can put the display and the casing on the side.

Take the PCB and carefully follow the next steps. There is a small gray part situated in a place display should go. You have to pull the grey part slowly out of the slot, but not entirely. Pull it out just enough to put the orange tape connected to the display can be placed inside.

Once you have done that, take the casing with the display, and put the orange tape between the gray part and the slot.

Now, put the gray part where it was before this step, and make sure it clicked back.

Once again, it's time for small bolts. You should take two of them and place them in the two holes at the bottom of the front side.

Take the screwdriver and tighten everything.

Now is the time for peeling off the protective layer from the screen.

Also, we prepared stickers, so you know which button represents which letter or number.

It's time for the last casing.
You should be left only with this one casing and with big bolts. You'll use two big bolts per 最近韩国日本免费观看mv免费版.

Put the casing over the display like this:

Take two big bolts and put them in the far-left and far-right holes.

Once again, let's use the screwdriver to tighten the bolts.

Congrats, you came to the final part of assembling 最近韩国日本免费观看mv免费版.
Let's put the button caps. This part is not as necessary as the other parts, but it will make your life easier.

There should be 17 button caps per 最近韩国日本免费观看mv免费版, but one of the caps is an extra part if you lose one of them.

Place them on the top of each pushbutton and make sure they click!

Now put the batteries in and turn it on!

Watch out! Make sure to check the polarities of the batteries!

The batteries are marked with two symbols - plus (+) and minus (-), which represent the polarity of the battery. The plus (+) part has a little metal bulge at the end of it, while the minus (-) part has a little dent. This is really important since when inserting the batteries you’ll have to be careful about which side goes where.
This part is really important: Take a battery and place it in one of the outer two slots so that the minus (-) symbol is closer to the little spring, and the plus (+) symbol is looking away from it. When inserting it, make sure to first insert the minus (-) part so that you push the spring with the battery and then lightly insert the other part inside the holder.
